Synthflow and GoHighLevel: keeping your workflows connected, whether you stay or move.
MigrateBy CenterfyUpdated
The short answer
If you stay on Synthflow, your GoHighLevel setup does not need to change: the reselling removal covered pricing plans, Stripe and the subaccount billing pages, and Synthflow's GoHighLevel integration is not on that list. If you move, the pieces to repoint are few and easy to find: the Make A Phone Call action that starts outbound calls, the Inbound Webhook workflows that receive call results, and the calendars the agent books into. Centerfy is a standalone CRM that natively integrates with GoHighLevel and syncs contacts, conversations, appointments, notes and tags in both directions, and the White Label plan installs into your own agency so your sub-account structure stays as it is.
If you stay on Synthflow, nothing here changes
Synthflow's reselling page lists three things that were removed on September 15, 2026: pricing plans, the Stripe integration, and the Plan & Billing and Usage pages for subaccounts. The GoHighLevel integration is not among them, and its documentation page was still published when we checked on November 5, 2026. Subaccount sync, calendar booking and call workflows are separate from billing.
Where Synthflow sits in a GoHighLevel agency
Synthflow's GoHighLevel documentation describes five connection points. Find each of them in your agency before you change anything.
| Piece | Where it is | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| The Synthflow app | GoHighLevel App Marketplace, connected at agency or sub-account level | Authorises Synthflow. At agency level it can be installed for all current and future sub-accounts. |
| Subaccount import | Synthflow, under Settings, Partner, Subaccounts | Imports existing GoHighLevel sub-accounts as Synthflow subaccounts and keeps changes in sync. |
| Outbound call action | GoHighLevel workflows: a Make A Phone Call action holding the agent's Model ID and your API key | Starts a Synthflow call when the workflow's trigger fires, such as a tag being added. |
| Call results | GoHighLevel workflows with an Inbound Webhook trigger, whose URL is pasted into the agent's post-call webhook | Receives the transcript, recording link and call status after each call. |
| Calendar booking | Synthflow Real Time Booking actions that import GoHighLevel calendars | Lets the agent book appointments during the call. |
If you move: what to repoint
| Piece | On Centerfy | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Agency connection | Connect your GoHighLevel agency in the agency workspace under Settings, Integrations, with access to all sub-accounts allowed. Your GoHighLevel sub-accounts then appear in Centerfy's Sub-Accounts list. | Connect at agency level, not sub-account level. |
| A client under another agency | The Connect External GHL Subaccount option links a sub-account that belongs to a different GoHighLevel agency. It stays under that agency. | Use it for clients who own their own GoHighLevel. |
| Outbound call action | A Centerfy workflow with the Make AI Call action, or a request to Centerfy's API that places an AI call to a contact. | Pause the Synthflow action, add the Centerfy trigger, test, then delete the old action. |
| Call results | Contacts, conversations, appointments, notes and tags sync to GoHighLevel. Agents can also write to GoHighLevel custom fields during the call. | Remove the Inbound Webhook workflow once the synced data covers what it mapped. |
| Calendar booking | The agent books into the connected calendars, and appointments sync in both directions. | Check that each calendar is linked to the agent. |
| Inside the GoHighLevel sidebar | A custom menu link can open Centerfy inside GoHighLevel for the sub-accounts you choose. | Add it after the first client is live. |
Starting outbound calls from a GoHighLevel workflow
On Synthflow, a GoHighLevel workflow starts a call with the Make A Phone Call action from the Synthflow marketplace app. On Centerfy there are two documented ways to start one. Inside Centerfy, a workflow with the Make AI Call action calls the contact when its trigger fires; the help centre lists form submissions, added tags, scheduled appointments and manual triggers. From outside, an API request places an AI call to a contact with the agent you name. API access is part of the White Label plan. Your onboarding coach sets up whichever fits your existing workflows, and tests it with you.
For agencies: sub-accounts stay where they are
If you want to keep running your own GoHighLevel agency, White Label is the plan that installs into it. Each client remains a sub-account in GoHighLevel and appears in your branded Centerfy workspace, and usage is rebilled at your prices through your own Stripe account. On the Starter and Unlimited plans, Centerfy provides its own standalone CRM instead.
Centerfy's current plan prices and usage rates, as published on the pricing page:
| Plan | Per month | AI calls | AI chat | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | $148.50$297 | $0.14/min | $0.02/msg | One business, fully automated. |
| Unlimited | $248$497 | $0.10/min | $0.02/msg | Every location, no caps. |
| White Label | $497$997 | $0.07/min | $0.02/msg | Resell AI under your brand. |
