White-label voice AI after Synthflow's reselling change: what you keep, and what to compare.

ResellBy CenterfyUpdated

The short answer

Synthflow's white-label tools were not removed. Its documentation says branding, custom domains, subaccounts, permissions and products continue to work after September 15, 2026. What a white-label agency lost is the commercial half: pricing plans, charging clients through Stripe, and the pages where clients saw their plan and usage. So you can keep a branded Synthflow workspace and bill outside it, or move to a white-label platform where billing is part of the product. Centerfy's White Label plan gives you a branded workspace on your own domain, a sub-account for each client and rebilling through your own Stripe account.

What white label on Synthflow still covers

Synthflow's agency tools after September 15, 2026, from its documentation
ToolStatusWhat it does
BrandingWorksAgency name, logo, light or dark theme, brand colour and a link to your own support documentation.
Custom domainWorksHosts the workspace on your own domain or subdomain.
SubaccountsWorksA separate workspace for each client, with its own agents, contacts, phone numbers and call history.
PermissionsWorksControls which features, agent types, editor options and integrations each subaccount can use.
ProductsWorksPushes agents, workflows, phone numbers and actions from your library into subaccounts.
Limits & CapabilitiesWorksSets included minutes, auto-overage, concurrent calls, agent counts and workflow runs.
Pricing plansRemovedNo longer drive billing, limits or plan behaviour.
Stripe integrationRemovedDisconnected, and a new connection is not possible.
Subaccount Plan & Billing and Usage pagesRemovedClients no longer see their plan or usage in the product.

What that means for how you sell

  • Your brand is intact. Clients still log in on your domain and see your logo.
  • Plans inside the product are gone. A client can no longer subscribe to a plan in the workspace. Sign-up and payment happen in your own checkout or by invoice.
  • Usage is invisible to the client. If your contract promises a usage dashboard, you now provide it.
  • Trials need another mechanism. Pricing plans supported trial days and trial minutes. A trial now means setting a small minute limit by hand.

Synthflow's public pricing page, read on November 5, 2026, says white label is available within its annual enterprise agreement, where each client gets its own workspace under your brand and domain. That page describes new agreements. For an existing account, Synthflow's billing documentation says to rely on your own agreement and your Plan & Billing page, and to ask your account team.

White label on Centerfy

Centerfy's White Label plan is built for agencies that resell. From the help centre and the pricing page:

  • Branding. Separate logos for light and dark mode, a favicon, sidebar and button colours, and the browser tab title.
  • Your domain. Clients use the platform on your own domain or subdomain, set up with a CNAME record.
  • Your email. Platform emails such as invitations and password resets can be sent through your own SMTP settings, from your domain.
  • Your navigation. Custom menu links, including a link to your own help documentation, plus custom CSS and JavaScript.
  • Client sub-accounts. Each client gets an isolated workspace with its own contacts, agents, campaigns, pipelines and settings, and limits on agents, contacts, users and phone numbers.
  • Snapshots. Save a configured set of agents, workflows and templates and apply it to new sub-accounts.
  • Rebilling. Charge clients through your own Stripe account, with a monthly price and per-usage rates for each sub-account.
  • GoHighLevel. White Label installs into your own GoHighLevel agency.
  • More than voice. Sub-accounts include the CRM, chat agents, SMS, calendars, pipelines and workflows, so what you resell is a system rather than a phone agent.

Questions to ask any white-label platform

  • Whose name is on my client's invoice, and whose Stripe account receives the money?
  • Can I set a different price for each client, and can I bill usage as well as a flat fee?
  • What can a client see and change in their workspace, and what can I hide?
  • Where do phone numbers live, and can I take them with me?
  • If the vendor changes a feature I sell, how much notice does my agreement give me?

Frequently asked questions

Did Synthflow remove white label?

No. Synthflow's documentation says branding, custom domains, subaccounts, permissions and products continue to work. It removed in-product reselling: pricing plans, the Stripe integration and the subaccount billing and usage pages.

Can I still put my own brand and domain on Synthflow?

Yes. The Branding page sets your agency name, logo, theme and brand colour, and the Custom Domain page hosts the workspace on your own domain. Neither was part of the removal.

Is Synthflow white label still available to new agencies?

Synthflow's pricing page, read on November 5, 2026, says white label is available within its annual enterprise agreement, scoped with its sales team. Ask Synthflow what applies to your account. If you are an existing customer, your own agreement governs.

What does Centerfy's White Label plan include?

A branded agency workspace on your own domain, client sub-accounts, rebilling through your own Stripe account, installation into your own GoHighLevel agency, the option to bring your own API keys at cost price, and a dedicated account manager, on top of everything in the Unlimited plan. Prices and usage rates are in the table on this page.

Will my clients see the Centerfy name?

Inside the platform they see your logo, colours and domain, and Centerfy does not appear on the invoices your agency sends through Stripe. Ask onboarding to walk you through a test sub-account so you can check every screen a client touches, including sign-in.

Can I set different prices for different clients?

Yes. Rebilling is configured for each sub-account: a monthly plan price, per-usage rates, or both. Default rates apply to new sub-accounts and you can update several at once.

Can I reuse one client's setup for the next?

Yes. Snapshots save a configured sub-account's agents, workflows and templates, and you apply a snapshot when you create the next sub-account.
