1: Required Onboarding Participation

To be eligible for the 30 day money back guarantee you must:

Attend an initial setup & onboarding session, your first onboarding must be completed within 7 days of purchase. Session covers product setup, best practices, and success framework. We want to ensure you have the tools for success before deciding its not for you.

2: Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

- Fill out the the self serve refund form.

- Schedule a 10-minute feedback consultation with our Success Team. This helps us understand what didn’t work for you and gives you a chance to share any concerns with us directly. If we can't resolve your concerns, refunds are processed instantly on the call.

*Please note: If you choose to initiate a chargeback dispute instead of following our refund process, your payment is held by Stripe and we are unable to release it to you. We will be obliged to follow the normal bank dispute process, a process which can take up to 90 days. 3. You understand the refund policy applies to the $998 setup cost only and the following is non-refundable:

- Usage costs

- Phone number charges
